As an independently owned company, iQ Recruitment is able to respond immediately to a clients specific needs, commencing with a search of our bespoke candidate database, where each individuals skills are cross referenced according to a number of specific insurance, academic or geographical criteria. In the event that corresponding matches are not found, as we have no hierarchy or corporate reporting structure, we are able to place adverts in trade journals and/or other media sources with immediate effect in order to attract relevant personnel, in the shortest possible time scale.
